The Pokemon RP 4/5

Hey drack, I was thinking of another Pokemon RP. I have nither the time, nor knowledge to do this, but here is what I thought up if you want topick it up. It takes place in the future, a trainer asked Risheram (probably spelt it wrong.) To help humans to better understand pokemon. Thus he turned humans into Monster people. They can understand pokemon, the main difference is they retain mostly human appearing. (just like MGs, but both genders.) They also still have live birth making it impossible to reproduce with Pokemon, which all birth eggs. They are also still unable to get caught by pokeballs. In this RP it would allow players to choose if they want to be a trainer, or pokemon as thete is no communication barrier. It also allows one player if they choose to be another player's pokemon. Considering how far it's gone forward I'll leave it. I was going to make my post far less confrontational and a bit more easy going, but everything else fits.

Right, sorry about that....I didn't see your post here until after I updated, I was focused doing damage calculations for the battle. (Had to go through 3 separate Damage Calculators the first one worked good, but it was so outdated it didn't have statistics for Gen 5 and 6 Pokemon.... , the second one was great, but it was meant for more competitive battling as it didn't have statistics for weaker moves.) Overall though, I think your post worked out fine.

So, I have a suggestion. As Pokemon battles are meant to be quicker paced, how about this. Have up to 5 rounds of battle conducted in PM per update. Because having one round of battle lasting an entire speech from Edea, then continued conversations is kind of silly. It will also make things less drawn out later. This is how I view it working. After the post Drack PMs both battlers, and says who has the higher speed. That person then hits reply all, and the other player does the same. The next pm comes again from Drack with the info. The process is repeated 5 times, or until the battle is over, or until the next update is ready.

Alright I see your point, if no one else has any objections to this we will give this idea a try for the current battle and see how it goes once everyone as posted to the current update in the RP.

You can still join there is still an open spot, you have the option of take over one of the Npc heirs I haven't introduced yet (Which would be the Rock, Ground, or Psychic kingdoms) and change them and their Pokemon to fit you, or if you prefer more options you could be a traveling warrior.

i see, also what's your stance on legendaries? are they like guardian dieties or something?, and if someone else has a ralts would it be ok to have one if the end evolution was different? like if they had a gardevior and I had a Gallade?

Hm, I am not fully decided on what roles legendaries will take in the plot yet, or which ones to use...I have a few ideas but nothing solid yet for now though the main focus for the first arc isn't legendaries I will save that for later. Also yes, if you wish to have the same Pokemon as someone else, but want to pick an alternate evolution that is fine.

That looks alright for the most part, though your stats seem off...what level did you set Ralts at, and did you give it any EV investment? Because by my calculations a Lv5 Adamant Ralts with maxed out IV's and 0 EV's should look like this:

Ok i edited my ralts stats, sorry bout that i was a little confused so i was using the base stats before and im not a competitive pokemon player so i tend to ignore IVs and EVs for the most part

Hey, so if his W.Skill is heal plus def. and mine is just heal can we call mine heal plus cure status conditions?

You mean the skill Soft Light? Honestly, looking at it now I don't think starting with Compassion or Soft Light as a Warrior skill is the best idea as they are both advanced healing skills and everyone is supposed to be Junior Warlords, I will have Warrior Transformation in the RP so at a point you can upgrade your Warrior skills, so if you both want healing skills I think you should start with Sweet Song or Detox then move to Compassion or Soft Light.
