Yup, Druella's skin seems to be paler, while Mary's posses a healthy pink color. I forgot about the tattoos (or runes...whatever)too. It's just that her expression looks pretty mischievous.

Now that you mention it, what is Mary really like? I mean yeah, the girl looks like a happy succubus, but does Mary would turn someone against her will? Does she care for people? and What's her opinion about her 4th sister

Well, she's a bit different from her sister Druella.
She doesn't get involved very much and is more neutral than her.
She doesn't approve of Druella's methods and prefers slower methods.
She's seen the opinions on both sides and has a bit more of a deeper understanding on the matter and thus why she's more neutral.
However, she still loves her sisters and her mother and father and aims for the same goal as them. A world of man and monster living together, she just doesn't get as involved as most.
I guess a good example of slow methods would be that she would meet with people and slowly nudge them into taking the dive into monsterization. Subtle little nudges and pushes here and there (You can imagine the methods).
If the target would be corrupted and would then follow her around, she would continue to corrupt them further and further just for the sheer pleasure of seeing how far down they would go.
To her there is no greater pleasure. It's a game, a fun game, and her way of helping her mother achieve her goals.
In short, she's "for" the free will of the people making their own choices, just like she's all for guiding them to a conclusion that pleases her.
