Natsuyuki

Literally translating to summer snow, this spectacular species of tree is remarkably similar to the aino hanaki and is endemic to the continent of Zipangu. While the aino hanaki features a spheroid crown, this species is more oblate in structure. Regardless, tree size does not differ much.

The natsuyuki is so named for the beautiful and prolific white, six petalled blooms which resemble snow caught upon its leaves. The tree blossoms in the summer months and a form of hanami also takes place within this period. While love blossoms are seen as highly romantic and symbolic of new relationships, natsuyuki are seen as a symbol of matrimonial purity and fidelity. The sight of these trees in bloom is treated much like the miraculous prospect of snow falling in the summer and as such it is not uncommon for humans and mamonme of Zipangu to propose to their beloveds under the snowy boughs of these trees.

Meadow Pimpilowe

A low growing flowering plant found in many regions across the world, the plants are so named for their flowers which remarkably resemble the marine invertebrate of the same name. Meadow pimpilowes are cotyledonous plants featuring a crown of thin strap-like leaves which emerge as a whorl from the central crown. The plants are perennials in areas where the climate allows and will as such flower all year round. The "pimpilowes" themselves form as a large flower head bearing short central anthers and hundreds to thousands of florets arranged in a spheroid whorl. Prominent styles emerge from the central flower head giving the flower its characteristic appearance. Depending on region the florescenses may vary in colour. While on the continents of Calavier and Palachia the hues may vary from lilac to pink, as well as pale blue and even a wan yellow, species from Minami Akrufia are typically red or orange. There are several species as with the one pictured above on the bottom left found specifically in central Minami Akrufia which bear odd green florets with striking orange styles. Pimpilowes found within the Demon Kingdoms typically vary between a lurid pink or indigo hue. The styles on these species are typically more phallic in appearance than found elsewhere.

Meadow pimpilowe flowers frequently form multiple flower heads or a cluster so to say. These clusters greatly resemble a herd of marine pimpilowes in an intertidal pool.

And here is the Belle Dame, there were lots of fiddly little lines that I had to adjust, but I was surprised at how easy I found it to shade her hair, skin and eyes this time!

I love the pose that you choose. She has a charming air of mystery and mischievousness. I'm guessing that she must be a tease, because of the way she barely shows her figure (so much that I almost missed it). The ghostly heels and head accessory was a cute touch too.

My only complaint would probably be the lack of colors, but I suppose that perfectly fits the monster girl type, her being ghostly and all. Somehow, she makes me think of the "Casper the Ghost" movie with that color pallete, heh. A background could probably really magnify her otherworldliness here as well.

I wanted silver flames, but it was difficult working out what flames like that would like, but when I found this colour I really liked it! Thank you for commenting Phantom77 Stay tuned for more mamonme please. Next up ranges between zenko(foxgirl), mud wasp, cat si, zvezda(the stars) and more!

Here is zvezda, the star mamonme. While they reside mostly in NeverNeverland, many reside across the world of Praxis too. For flight they can change to be smaller for speed, however when with a partner the tend to favour a larger body. They are also one of the few mamonme who can pick a male or female partner, because the Grand Changing is not really what gave them the form they have today.

Mariah is officially complete, they are Praxis wind elementals. The name is based on the song They call the wind Mariah and most of her traits refer to the song. I was sung this song often when I went to bed as a child so it was only natural that I would base her kind off said song. I am still working on her full profile, but here are some more little snippets of info:

The triple spiral pattern is the tantric symbol for air.

The pattern on her lower leggings are a reference to the Fifth Element's symbol for air.

The gold patterns on her ribbons are the elements which make up air in the atmosphere. Their sizes also denote their quantities.

Her colour scheme is based on the old magical colours for air I.E: blue, grey/white and yellow.
