I love this game. Am on Super Gore Nest now. It's very disgusting and I love it even though I'm practically throwing up watching the veined walls pulse and splattering through digestive juices and blood! Hearing the "POP" while ripping the eye out of cacodemons never gets old!
Seriously though I haven't been this into an FPS since Half Life 2. It's great. I didn't get into Doom 2016 as much as this one. I really feel like an angel sent to hell to kill every demon alive. I am addicted to finding all the secrets more than ever now. I'm glad the game forces you to find all the weapons unlike the previous one where they are missable. I never even got the plasma rifle in DOOM '16.
As much as loved the super shotgun in all DOOMs, I'm loving the Heavy Cannon the most in this one, with Rocket Launcher still being my 2nd favorite. It's so useful since it can destroy parts of demons to make killing them easier. I'm a terrible sniper, but this game makes me feel good at it haha.
