Eh...doesn't sound that enticing to me to be honest. Would rather stick with a regular hug than a full body one. I like being able to move around and not being constricted while being able to hug back as freely as I want to.

Because Alexandra is, um... "asserting her ownership" of Sol right now... Okay, she's actually squeezing him hard enough that, were he any less tough, his ribs would break. Anyway, you could easily hug a Lamia back during her full-body hug, and nothing says she has to squeeze or constrict you during it. She could also wrap you loosely enough that you could easily move around. Also, think of how the two of you could use part of her snake-body as a "bed" or "hammock". I don't know what else Sol would suggest, and since he's busy showing how "resilient" he is even though he'd obviously rather not, he can't answer.

Technically yes. If you define "unfaithful" as "fucking other women/monster girls without her knowing", then if her man asks her nicely, and if she agrees, a harem with a Lamia would be possible, since she'd have green-lighted the extra female and would be okay to some degree with sharing her hubby.

On the other hand, if you define "unfaithful" as "having sex with anyone other than her, regardless of whether or not she knows about it or is okay with it", then... Well, if she's okay with him fucking other women, then whether or not you consider it unfaithful, she wouldn't go yandere on him for obvious reasons.

Anyway, yes, it's possible. I'd guess the guy would have to beg, plead, ask VERY nicely, possibly even bribe her somehow, first, and possibly start off small, like "have a threesome with a Succubus that's skilled in lesbian sex" to ease the Lamia into it, then gradually begin pleasuring her less and less, focusing more on the third party as they go along until she's fine with watching him have sex with females other than her, possibly while she masturbates, eventually ending up at a point where she's okay with him fucking her "approved other partners" while she's not there. He'd most likely have to make absolutely sure to show her plenty of love, affection, attention, and give her enough sex to make sure she doesn't feel left out, or feel that he loves her less than the others, because you know what would happen then.

I like how you put it that way, they are perfect to be a role model to a girl or a teenager female by being strong, powerful and loving, but feel the boys at school would feel a little intimidated by her in a way.
