Standing on her two feet, it's pretty safe to assume (to me at the very least) that she would be 5.9 ft at the very minimum.

She's based on a tall monster, so it would be wise and safe to assume that the girl based on it would be a tall girl (like it happened to other monstergirl-ifications such as the Cyclops).
The fact that she has a young looking look on her doesn't make her a loli... That's a train of thought that only loli haters (and bouncers) tend to have.

Though if you took the different family types, such as Succubi/Demons then you get variation, Witches, Lilim that sort of thing

It's hard to say. I think it's offical for most monstergirls to have non loli versions of themselves except for the Alice and the Witch and the demons.
