Honestly, I saw this one coming MILES away.(I predicted her arrival 3 years ago) Her design is interesting however.

HA! I TOTALLY CALLED IT!!!
Selkie
Mermaid Genus -- Beastman Type
Habitat: Snowy areas (in the seas and at the beach)
Disposition: Strong, Obstinate
Diet: Carnivorous, mainly fish and wild animals
Dressed as if a cartoon mascot, these seal mermaids wrap their bodies in magical furs. Living off fish and wild animals, this species of mermaid is as active on land as they are below the waves, actively enjoying the act of hunting. The magical energies of these girls soak into the pelts they wear, creating warmth that heats their whole bodies and allows them to live in seas and on beaches that are freezing. These girls are also able to freely remove these magical furs with the body revealed being that of a beautiful human woman. When like this, selkies and human women are impossible to tell apart.
Despite a strong, no-nonsense, and obstinate personality, these girls aren’t aggressive when it comes to engaging in sex with human males. This is due to the warmth provided when wrapped in their magical furs. The warmth provides them with a sense comfort strong enough that they don’t need a man. However, because of this, if a selkie needs to take off her furs, they become apprehensive and begin to feel lonely with the “chill” around them entering their bodies and minds. Over time, the “chill” can cause an earthquake in their hearts, causing their true nature as a monster to come to the surface.
Normally treating human men with confident indifference, those affected by the “chill” and without her furs, will come to desire a human male’s warmth. Due to this, if you see one of these girls removing her furs, you have to take care. Also, because of their habit of taking off their furs during a hunt to avoid getting them damaged, human males have to be careful to avoid selkies who are hunting lest they be claimed as a hunting trophy.
After these girls have felt the warmth of a human male once, they will still prefer and seek out the warmth of a human male even when in their furs and not feeling the “chill.” Also, once these girls have recognized a man as her husband, she will always want him to show his love by holding her in his arms and sharing his warmth with her. Now loved by her husband, the thing she’ll desire most is his love and warmth being poured into her body.
The furs these girls wrap their bodies in also magically become flush with their skin and move and respond as if they have become part of their body. To ward off the cold, many wives will share their furs with their husbands, letting their magic protect him from the cold while his arms wrapped around her body does the same for her. Many couples even use the furs as a sleeping bag at night, and a lot of selkies leave their furs with their husbands while they go out hunting with the husband protecting the furs during the day.
If you take a look at the origins that can be found here.... viewtopic.php?f=36&t=574
...... you would have a pretty good idea.
One would guess pretty Tsundere.(If I remember correctly) If you take her "costume" she becomes bound to you until she finds it or you let her go. Burning it also has another effect.
