I can only think of one entity that can stop Apophis unfortunately she's an MG that doesn't yet exist in the MGE: Ra would be the only thing that could stop Apophis due to the mythological relationship between Ra and Apep I can imagine that if KC made Ra she'd be a Harpy with beautiful golden wings and she'd have sunlight based abilities perfect for forcing Apophis back into her hole in the wall

Honestly, I for one do not have much truck with this talk of 'anti-Apophis weapons' or anything of the sort; the only reason I say 'do not have much' rather than the usual 'have no' is because while the thought of a mamono designed to 'take out' an Apophis does not quite appeal, a rivalry might be fun to see -- I mean, she's already got a little feud with the Pharaohs, but at the same time the idea of a Ra mamono (or, as Kaijin suggested, a mongoose mamono -- Zangoose and Seviper are as they are for a reason) might be amusing to envision having a bit of a spat with an Apophis in a typical-harem-anime kinda fashion.

'cause really, picturing the 'dark shadow of the desert sands' pouting and grabbing one arm while a radiant herald of feathers and sunlight grabs the other arm is a comedic notion to me. And it's not just the current sleep deprivation to blame.

EDIT: Alternatively, a flock of Ra mamono giving an Apophis the business in the form of a 'you'll be fucked-silly by the time we're done' orgy. That, too, would be amusing (thanks again to Kaijin for reminding me of Zangoose VS Seviper, because those hordes of 4 of one and 1 of the other are always hilarious if a bit frustrating).
