Actually, why don't you read the translation? It flat-out states that her electric charge ISN'T harmful. Near the start of the second paragraph.

Okay....I know EVERYONE was wondering what I thought of this profile. Honestly it took me a lot of mental preparation to finally read this in full.
So, after (finally) reading this profile, I can say the second half is quite interesting, although I 100% disliked the first part of it. I wouldn't care to rape or be raped by one of these ferocious thunderbirds, but the fact that the profile focuses so much on her pleasure was actually an arousing thought. Nothing excites me more than seeing a harpy in intense pleasure. That little tidbit about how they have orgasms from just spit reminds me of the F3 - Frantic, Frustrated and Female hentai where a girl is hypnotized to have an orgasm whenever she is touched. Personally I would prefer to give the pleasure more than to receive it, because the mental stimulation of giving pleasure is MUCH more appealing to me.
