I can't help but wondering... Does she have any mythological value behind? Does she have Greek influenc maybe (Orthos, Kerberos)?, Scandinavian (Hati, Skoll)?, Inuit (Amarok)? Centeramerican (Cadejo)?

Compared to other examples such as Devil, Arch Imp, Black Harpy, Bicorn... She isn't that much of a palette swap (at least you can see some serious efforts put into her to make her stand out more than just a recolor).
She might end up being an uber version of an already existing canid girl... but that's another different matter.

I don't really get all this palette swap talk. "Palette swap" to me means just changing the colors without touching the line-art. As I've seen in many profiles, this is not the case.

Okay who is the Hellhound a "palette swap/clone" of by chance? I mean really? The Hellhound is it's own thing and only related to the other canine girls simply because she herself is one. By no means does that make a palette swap/clone of an existing MG.

So far only one person said she was a palette swap, Helios. It's possible I might of been misinterpreted though. If the link didn't prove that she wasn't a palette swap I don't know what would of. I more so meant pointing out the comment is something I don't bother with anymore. My apologies for not explaining myself clear enough.

It's Helios though guys. Really now, who takes Helios seriously with stuff like that? He's always joking around. (Though if I am wrong on that and he wasn't joking around, I'll be surprised.) Eeesh, I guess I am the only one who got the joke. No one has a sense of humor here anymore?

This place has become so anti-fun, I barely want to post here anymore. Anyways, I think it's best we drop the palette swap discussion, yea? If not then well, carry on without me.

Anywho, seeing the Hellhound's got me thinking a little. I wonder, if a werewolf were to make a "pact" with a dark ignis (like the one from the world guide), would it be possible for her to become a hellhound?

Just food for thought. Also, I really like her design, as the flaming eyes are stylish. ^^
