Wow, Blake, you called this one, huh? I don't like her body type myself. I like the ear fins and her hair, and her jewelry is pretty. Other than that though..not my type. Pity, because I happen to like the original Asparas. :(

I think this vid describes my reaction upon seeing the Apsara very well.
Men, we led those dumb bugs out to the middle of nowhere to keep 'em from gettin' their filthy claws on Earth. I agree with the video. While not a lamia type, this monster strikes a very odd and acute chord with me. Almost lost my mind when I first saw it, it was unexpected.

Well, i must say i'm not too hyped either somehow. I mean, sure, she's pretty and has some nice curves but beyond that......underwhelmed, is the word i'm thinking of. Not that different from what we've seen thus far. Hopefully the profile will make her more interesting. :)

Personally, it's her general look tied in a whole package. Her dark skin, the fins she has for ears, the water around her arms and legs that looks malleable and controllable, her body type in general having this alluring look, her more subtle monster styled look. To me, she has a whole package of things and aspects that just make her look to be alluring, sexy and friendly.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that harem pants and belly dancers are something of the Arabian culture. So, why should a Hindu mythology char be designed like that? (If she were a Genie or Djinn in that outfit, I would've given her all of my YEAH!!, but that's not the case.).

However, I'll wait for the translated profile before I make any judgments about her.

Also, if there isn't some relationship between her and the Gandharva (Like say, she's the one who dances with the Gandharva's music) the mythology nerd in my mind will feel real sad....
