Kenkou's Notes:
今回の更新は「キョンシー」 霧の大陸産まれのアンデッドです。
This time's update is “jiangshi”, an undead native to the mist continent.
アンデッドの中ではかなり肉体の状態が良い彼女達ですが、死後硬直で身体がおカタめらしいです。For an undead, their body is in pretty good condition, but it seems rigor mortis stiffens their body.
つまり、ほぐしてあげないといけませんね!(性的な意味で)
In other words, one must loosen them up! (in a sexual manner)
Japanese Profile:
Clean Image:
Cross! What took you so long? I've been waiting!
Prediction: She will be very obedient with that scroll on and will get very violent and lustful with that scroll taken off.

Kinda bummed she isn't wearing sandals but I bet she'll jump around like standard Jiangshi.

To be honest this shoe style actually fits her better since it's the style Jiangshi traditionally tend to use.
_______________________
It took her an abormally long while to make it here (heck I expected her to be included way earlier than most of Mist Continent's "fauna"), but she's here at least.
Personality wise I don't expect great things of her, heck I can almost say that I truly expect her to be mindless since well... for once it would be accurate since Jiangshis are pretty much mindless in Chinese lore...
About her look... well despite as visually appealing as she is (for a stiff reanimated corpse that is...), there's something that bugs me out...
He could have chosen to either draw her with either her legs bare or either with actual pants. These "pant styled" leg warmers make her unique I guess, but I fail to get the point behind that style choice.
But oh well... I'll give a bit more solid of a two cents once her profile is translated.
.P.S.: I hope Kenkou included the use/rewrite of the seal tags (ofudas) to control them...

Took the words out of my mouth, or should I say, from my keyboard.

Make that three.
And man, first Okayado makes one, and now KK. Feels like they're either sharing ideas or brainstorming together methinks.
That said, I'm quite eager to see how she'll turn out; I concur with Kaijin that it'd be best if she was mindless as it's canon. And yeah, those pants are rather unusual (not so much as unique tho; they strongly resemble the Gyoubu Tanuki's pants), still, those bare thighs show rather sexy set of blue buttocks, so that's cool with me, hehe.
Also, upon seeing this profile, one particular song has been echoing in my head....

Perhaps SOUNDHOLIC's best piece.

Is it me or does her clothing allow her show off some assets if she jumps strongly enough?

And yes Sao Satoru (GATE artist) drew her.
Nonetheless, a discount lei-lei imo.

I believe the jiangshi from touhou was made by her master to have especially nice skin. Not sure if that's a thing with all jiangshi.

Err, none of your images are working Pierce.
Anyway, I just noticed that her nails have a strangle purple glow of sorts. Wonder if this is of any significance, as canonical Jiangshis were said to have deadly poisonous nails (which is also why Hsien-Ko's weapons are giant claws).

It is true, in Jiangshi movies. People get claw or bitten are always turn into lesser jiangshi which are akind of vampire that run. And I hope the profile does include using certain sticky rice to cure the bite/claw.
And Jiangshi are said to be extremely tough, require special made wooden sword and certain time of the day to defeat.

So I'm guessing the diabetic-inducing kind?

in myth a wooden sword made from a peach tree, a hen's egg, glutinous rice, and the urine of a virgin boy is a weakness of them, but most just boil it down to just being made from a peach tree, that, the blood of a black dog (wonder if anyone will have hellhounds have an advantage over them) and a rooster call are all things they are weak too, besides the rice from above since glutinous rice was used as a way to draw out poisons in a living body, or thought that it could.

Just noticed something interesting. At the end of her charm, you can clearly see the Ma (魔) Kanji, same one as Maou, so I wonder if that has any importance.
