I thought about that too, but I imagine that the scales on a Dragon's arms and hands would be very durable and especially heat resistant. I could be wrong though.

Huh. Interesting to know.

Guess the reason I though about the idea was because I figured that if a Salamander could be completely immune to their own flames, then a Dragon could be the same as well, or at least a hell of a lot more resistant to their own flames enough to use said flames as a potential enhancement to the own fighting capabilities.

Again, that does sound interesting and something that sounds very plausible...Heh. Salamander using fire based attacks vs. a Dragon using the same thing in hand to hand combat. Awesome.

Because I'm me, this is the Dragon topic, and my Internet Persona is married to a Dragon that was, and still is, a hand-to-hand fighter, both back when she was a Lizardman and now after her transformation. Also, my Internet Persona is a mage, with great amounts of magic-related knowledge.

And yes, when Alexandra fights using the Flaming Fists spell, it is an awesome sight. ...It is also awesome, but mostly scary, when she comes after me with it, because it really hurts.


I've said it somewhere before, but imagine the Dragon fighting like Ialdabaoth and Apotheosized Ialdabaoth from Super Robot Wars.

Hmm. Some would feel embarrassed that a half breed shares their blood, others would be indifferent, and some would welcome the prospect of a half breed. At least, that's my opinion.

In any case, the details put on her scales are excellent, not to mention the
shading and lighting; and the proud, paternalist look she was given is simply
amazing.

Unfortunately we all know it is but a mere mask...

Actually I found her a little too scaley. Especially on her chest. Too spikey.
