Kenkou did state in the settings that incubi are human, not monsters or demons. The reason incubi are human is because it's explicitly stated in Kenkou's settings. In the MGE world, all monsters are female. If an incubus were to be considered a monster, it would have to be a female too.

That actually sounds like something they should be able to do by DEFAULT if you think about what most ninjas can do. In fact, I can't really think of any ninja or kunoichi that hasn't been trained to become a master of disguise.
