Ehhh.......I dunno. I think her lack of popularity has to do with a combination of both the paralyzation attribute and her uncommon she's rendered out to be in comparison to Mermaid types an' Scyllas.
You know what the problem is with motivational speakers? They speak to much. Nowadays, the analogy "actions speak louder than words" is regarded so much as the norm that whenever motivational speakers do what they came for, nearly every person making up their audience couldn't really give any less of a flyin' fuck.

They don't say she is or not so it's up to one interpretation, and there's also that Potion that Turns people and MGs into Shotas/Lolis. So there's no clear answer about it unless KC makes it perfectly clear.
Plus, it's a common fact about baby and child slimes that they look just like their mother.
