i don't care much for the current harpy fiction (most don't suit my tastes), just the existence of them in enough spark my interests though. Only a few harpies have been given actual spotlight in the graphical+dialogue departments, and those are the important ones to me.
I'm still waiting something to make them lovable/popular (less hated by everyone too.. -_-) on the mainscreen like the Little Mermaid did for mermaids and LOTR did for elves.

Eye´m afraid to say that it may be unlikely, at least in the near future, considering
as how the mainstream is a little too focused in zombies, werewolves and vampires
(sometimes ruining them forever
) in the recent times.
But hope is the last thing which is lost it is said.
Yours.

I've considered making monster girl/guy related material for younger audiences. They have movies about friendly monsters under your bed and in your closet already, so I don't think seeing a friendly harpy is that much different or too far off if the idea somehow hit mainstream. Darn, if only I was rich..hehe..

New Harpy fan arts, yay! Both from the same artist who I can't find the website of! He only seems to upload on MG Uploader. ._<
#1 Harpy MGE fan art for sure. She looks pretty frisky and has the perfect
tinge of mischief..
This person really managed to convey the harpy's high libido during mating season.
I can imagine her holding him down when he is about to climax, in order to give herself the feeling of dominating a man. That way she could also top off her own incoming climax by taking control of him (the feeling of dominating the man probably turns her on a lot) while he is paralyzed by the pleasure she is giving him.

Yep, considering it's impossible for any us to ever exist in the MGE setting since it's not a creation of our own, we are limited to our own imaginations. The only one who can truly exist in the MGE is KC himself..or if he made a type of online game.. ^^; At best, people can mimic his ideas or theories, and attempt to co-exist in them with RPs, but we will never known for sure of his exact vision and future untold plans. As of now, he mostly seems to be heading in the direction of money and fan approval, which seemed to have steered his efforts away from an interesting monster girl world and more into a world about corruption and nothing else to work with. Kind of flat if you ask me..
I can easily say that in my fantasy, if I happened to exist in a fictional MGE setting of my own, I would have an ability to do perform purification rituals to free harpies from any corruption.
Having it go one way (all evil or all good) leaves no room for improvement or goals to work for. Extermination doesn't interest me either. When it comes to harpies, no one can sway me from my dream of the possibility of purification. Rezeed's MGE Dash is the first step too, since it's in the future, when things have changed and no settings no longer apply.

This is the HARPY THREAD, it will always be fun!
No one is more right than any other, unless KC himself comes in here and shuts one of us down anyway...haha. Arguing is not fun though, let's not do that anymore..
