When Luka finds out Alice's the monster lord, you have the option to fight her or refuse. But choosing to fight her, she knocks your sword away and eats you with her lower mouth. Basically a prescripted defeat.

Actually the tail one just kills him by sucking out his life. Her lower mouth (where her vagina is and where MonsterGirlLuver was referring that Alice was pulling in Luka) is the place that eats him, digests him, and assimilates him.

Anyway, I really think that she's the ultimate tsundere. She hides her true feelings (especially for the hero) behind such a cold arrogant exterior. I believe she does have a soft spot for him or she never would have followed him the entire time. Also, she does have that ending where:
