MGQ Discussion Thread

Okay guys, this thread is basically where you can comment on what goes on in the game of MGQ.

To get us started, let me bring up some facts...

So, as some of us can guess, the Monster Girls in this world are rather...voracious and think of humans as nothing but food/mates/sex slaves/Guinea pigs...Alot of these girls dislike humans due to having their race accused of an incident that has occurred.

I also want to point out that all look at semen as a delicious source of food, like KC's, but some will literally squeeze you dry until you die...

Question, will we be seeing the profiles for the new MGs for Part 2? Or have they yet been translated?

They have not been translated. The person who translates this (Prays his name) Rouge is in the process of doing an english patch

I just noted something funny in MGQ2. Didn't Alice had a ribbon in her tail in the Trial version?...Does that means that there will be a lovely scene of a blushing Luka giving the ribbon to our tsundere demon lord!? I'd looooove to see that! :hellyes:

Nay, she gets him to buy the ribbon for her. Happens what, 5 or so minutes into part 2?

yeah it was pretty anti climactic, but it was pretty cute seeing her act like a small child wanting something. that and it was very kind of Luka to give that to her as a present.

*Raises hand*

I can't wait to see it. Will those two finally acknowledge what they feel for each other? Or will the Tsun-tsun remain. IMHO both choices are fine.

Also, why does the Garuda makes that ''Kweh'' sound!? I mean, she's a Garuda, not a Chocobo!

Would anybody be interested in saving every MGQ profile, putting them all in a zip file, and uploading it to mediafire for everybody to download?

I think the plot has a good set up, but could use more civil monster girls to keep a balance. I understand them being upset for being accused and all, but one sidedness seems empty plot wise. MGs can be more than just semen leeches I think.. ^^;

A "Chimeraroid" with a Lamia base? The mysterious scientist must be behind this...

That particular Shirohebi is probably the same one from MGQ 2 in a scene were she is given power by Black Alice

One thing I've noticed in playing through part 2 (I'm currently roaming around the Plansect area) is that Slyph or Gnome are REQUIRED for just about every fight. In part one outside of one fight (the Chimera Dryad) you don't really need Slyph - sure, she helps, but you can win without her. Part 2? Nope...every fight I've ran into - the last fight I had was sillkworm girl - requires help from one or the other. Granted, it's fine to have them but it shouldn't be *you MUST have one or the other if you want to win*. Is EVERY fight like that??

Best part so far: Finding out the backstory of why Alice bullies the kitsunes and Alice's *attempt* at cooking! :^^:

well pretty much every fight actually takes both of them to win to me at least specially when you manage to have two activated at the same time

you'll see the beelzebubs they are REQUIRED to use sylph and gnome and undine if you're going all out on them their binds take 4 struggles to get out of without gnome they have a 1-hit KO move and status effect (the pink one that i forgot the name) that makes you unable to do anything for two or three turns (sylph helps against that...mostly it can still hit you anyways)

you need all of them on pretty much all enemies really

if you think thats kind of pushing it here you'll see on part 3 that im pretty sure you'll need ALL four elements activated together to even stand a chance at winning

Or probably keep developing Luka´s angelic powers. Or perhaps developing
them could make the game easier but leads to a bad end...
