First, I'd like to take note of the thing that seems to be hanging around her neck. What is that? Is it an instrument of some sort? Specifically a type of guitar?
If I´m not mistaken, the thing that most resemble that instrument is called a "veena",
an ancient Indian "harp/lute-type instrument" which was later modified into what nowadays
is called a "Sitar".
Veena

As you have already noticed, the harpy seems to have fingers (two visible plus a mandatory
hidden thumb) where her wings curve, which is more or less at the length where a regular
humanoid hand would be.

To add more data to the debate, Gandharvas are described to posses the features of either
a horse (a centaur) or, like in this case, a bird. Personally, it would have been better for the
artist to depict the Gandharva as a centaur musician and leave behind possible anatomical
difficulties. He could them make a harpy dancer Apsara companion, even though Apsaras are
often portrayed as nymphs/elementals/blue-skinned humanoid divinities.
However, should the author make just a little bit of research, a thing that seems to be out of his
boundaries more often than not, he would eventually come across another creature from Hinduism
called a
"Kinnara" which is a creature with many striking similarities to the one portrayed in this pages.
For instance, the Kinnara (kinnari being the female counterparts) is described as either a centaur
or an avian depending on the location the myth originates ( the former for India, the latter for the
rest of South-east Asia), and again among its attributes is being a prolific singer and dancer.
Alas, we could have a centaur musician Gandharva, a harpy dancer Kinnara, and an elemental
singer Apsara in one whole rush...but only from another artist. Pity.
Well enough rant for tonight.
EDIT:
I'm going to be the immature pervert and say it's those pointy things on her boobs...
If this
weren´t the MGE I would say those things would be some sort of anti-groping
defence suit.
Regards.
